How to apply the Temporary Nipple or Bodyart Tattoos

Temporary Body Art – Application Guide

(Scar Coverage & Confidence Restoration)

Our temporary nipple tattoos & body art has been designed to help soften the appearance of scars and restore confidence in a gentle, non-permanent way. Please follow the steps below for best results.

Application Instructions

1. Prepare the Skin

Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from oils, moisturisers, sunscreen, or makeup.

For best adhesion, do not apply body lotions prior to application.

2. Cut Out the Design

Carefully cut around the chosen design using scissors, leaving a small border around the artwork.

3. Remove the Protective Film

Peel away the clear protective plastic layer from the front of the tattoo.

4. Position the Design

Place the tattoo face down onto the skin, positioning it gently over or around the scar area as desired.

5. Apply Water to the Backing Paper

Using a damp cloth or sponge, thoroughly wet the paper backing. Ensure the entire surface is evenly saturated.

6. Hold and Transfer

Hold the damp cloth firmly against the backing paper for approximately 30 seconds.

This allows the design to fully transfer onto the skin.

7. Gently Remove the Backing Paper

Slowly peel away the paper.

If any areas have not transferred, press the paper back down and re-wet for a few more seconds.

8. Allow to Dry

Let the design air-dry completely.

Avoid touching, rubbing, or adjusting the area during this time.

Wear & Care

• Avoid excessive rubbing or friction over the design

• Refrain from applying oils or heavy moisturisers directly over the artwork

• Wear loose clothing over the area where possible

• With gentle care, the design can last several days

Note: Our newer matte designs do not require shine removers.

Removal

To remove the temporary body art, gently cleanse the area with warm water and soap.

If needed, a natural oil (such as olive or coconut oil) or makeup remover can assist with removal, especially on drier or scarred skin.

A Gentle Reminder

Temporary body art can be a supportive and empowering option for those navigating surgical scars or changes to their body.

There is no right or wrong way to heal — only what feels right for you.
